Ticketing

In order to comply with fire and safety regulations, admission to the 2012 Saint Vincent College Winter Commencement ceremony will be by ticket only. A ticketing system has been devised and is listed below:

Phase One: October 17 - November 2, 2012  

All degree candidates who have applied for graduation through the Registrar's office may fill out the online request form to reserve their tickets between October 17 and November 2. There is no limit to the number of tickets that may be ordered during phase one. To avoid confusion, please designate one person to fill out the online form. Please fill out the form completely to ensure that your needs will be accommodated.

During Phase One, reservations will also be taken for the reception following the ceremony, to be held in the Carey Center Student Lounge. Graduates do not need tickets for either event. On November 5, initial ticket confirmations will be emailed to the designated email address.

Phase Two: November 12 - 30, 2012  

Reservations will be taken for any remaining tickets that have not been claimed via the online reservation system.

Phase 2 of Commencement ticketing is now closed. Please call the Event and Conference Services office at 724-532-5030 with questions or last-minute ticket requests.

Phase Three: Ticket Distribution 

On December 5, all tickets will be mailed to the address indicated during the reservation process. Since all seating will be reserved, every effort will be made to seat families together.

After December 5, reservations will be taken for any remaining tickets, however, tickets will need to be picked up in the Event and Conference Services Office, located on the second floor of the Fred M. Rogers Center.
