  • Annual Fund – Students First

    Saint Vincent College is proud to provide financial aid to our students.

    • The Students First Fund honors the Benedictine tradition by helping to educate capable students with financial need.
    • Tuition covers just over 60% of the annual cost of educating a student.
    • 100% of freshman are awarded scholarship aid.
    • Your unrestricted annual gifts help provide a high-quality and accessible education to our students.
    • This fund helps strengthen our commitment to put our Students First.
  • Endowment and Scholarships

    Establishing an Endowment Fund

    Endowed funds at Saint Vincent College can be established with gifts totaling $25,000 or more. The time period for completing a pledge for an endowed scholarship is generally five years from the inception date.  Upon establishment, the endowment will be managed in accordance to the College's endowment spending and management policy, as determined by the  College Board of Directors.

  • Giving to Athletics

    Everyone has their favorite SVC sport, and you can be assured that your favorite will have continued success through your support. Your generous gift will provide the means for our athletic programs to reach the highest level of success. The athletic and academic achievements have been outstanding, and we are proud of our student-athletes. Saint Vincent Bearcats have been at many championships and, have received Academic All-American and Athletic All-America honors.

    The athletic program relies on private gifts to support the needs of the College and to attract academically talented athletes. Support the teams of your choice or the general athletic fund. Your generosity will be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    About Our Athletic Program

    Your contributions support athletics at Saint Vincent College. With 25 NCAA athletic program and various clubs and intramural sports, students can continue their athletic careers while receiving a top-notch education. The extensive athletic facilities on the campus provide students with an excellent opportunity for sports activity.

  • Michael Stewart Scholarship

    State Trooper Michael P. Stewart III

    Trooper Michael P. Stewart ScholarshipFriends of fallen State Trooper Michael P. Stewart III from Pittsburgh Steelers Training Camp have created a scholarship fund in his memory at Saint Vincent College.  The scholarship will support Saint Vincent College Students who are graduates of Greater Latrobe High School.

    Stewart, a native of Latrobe, 2008 graduate of Greater Latrobe Senior High School and a member of Sacred Heart Parish, had worked for nine years as camp staff for the Pittsburgh Steelers during their annual summer training camps at Saint Vincent. He died on July 14 in an automobile accident while on duty.

    Trooper Stewart, a young man who died in the line of duty, proudly worked at Pittsburgh Steelers summer training camp. In honor of his dedication to Saint Vincent, the Pittsburgh Steelers and his Latrobe community, this scholarship has been created in his memory. He was a lifelong sports fan who played baseball with the American Legion and enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors. He is the son of Michael P. and Lynn A. Stewart of Latrobe.
