Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center will host the Ninth Annual U.S. Global Growth Conference on Tuesday, May 9, at the Fred M. Rogers Center on the Saint Vincent College campus.
Exporting is a privilege that requires compliance with Federal regulations and controls. Every year, companies that think they are in compliance with U.S. exports controls and regulations come under scrutiny and find themselves in a position they did not expect. This full-day conference will help a business maintain a successful export management program. Some of the topics covered at the conference include complying with U.S. export regulations, export regulatory changes, commodity jurisdiction and classification, export and related contract issues, AES compliance and best practices.
This conference is co-sponsored by U.S. Commercial Service, the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission and Philadelphia Regional Port Authority.
The cost for the full-day conference is $195 and qualifies for CPE credits and NASBITE CGBP professional development credits.
Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center is part of a statewide system of university-based economic development organizations.
