SBDC Seminar 'Understanding Financial Statements' to be Held April 13 in Fayette County

Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center will host Understanding Financial Statements on Friday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to noon at Fay-Penn Economic Development Council, 1040 Eberly Way, Suite 200, Lemont Furnace.

Financial reports are vital to all business operations. Understanding how to apply them is absolutely essential to profitability. In this seminar, participants will learn to analyze financial reports to determine a business’s solvency, risk and operating performance; and enhance management decision-making skills to improve the bottom line by finally understanding those complicated financial reports.  James Kunkel, executive director of the Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center, will be the presenter.

The fee for this program is $45, and registration is required. Each attendee will receive program materials.

The event is being co-sponsored by the Fay-Penn Economic Development Council.
