Saint Vincent College’s James and Margaret Tseng Loe China Studies Center will host its annual Chinese New Year celebration from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 26, in the Robert S. Carey Performing Arts Center and Student Center lounge featuring performances, Chinese cultural activities and a sampling of Chinese food.

658 Students Make Fall Dean's List

Six hundred and fifty-eight students were named to the Dean's List of Saint Vincent College for the fall 2016 semester, according to Ms. Alice Kaylor, Dean of Studies. In order to qualify for the Dean's List, a student must achieve a semester grade point average of 3.5 or better out of a possible 4.0.

Registration Underway for Summer Undergraduate, Graduate Courses

Registration is now underway for 71 undergraduate and graduate-level credit courses in all major academic areas during Saint Vincent College summer sessions beginning the week of May 22. For the fourth year, course tuition for undergraduate courses during the summer will be reduced by more than 50 percent.

Math Department Introduces 3/2 Actuarial Program with Robert Morris

The Saint Vincent College mathematics department has introduced a new 3/2 joint math/actuarial science program with Robert Morris University that will provide an opportunity for students to study three years at Saint Vincent and two years at Robert Morris and receive two degrees – a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from Saint Vincent and a bachelor of science degree in actuarial science from Robert Morris.
