Students participating in campus ministry at Saint Vincent College brightened the hospital stay for children at Excela Health recently with their colorful expressions of concern. The outreach effort included support from the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity and produced dozens of tie-dyed pillowcases, get well cards and coloring books to be given to patients of the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Unit at Excela Latrobe Hospital. Pictured with Lauren Donahue (standing, fifth from left), assistant director for social outreach in campus ministry, and Alyson Schratz (standing, sixth from left) of Alpha Phi Omega, are patient care staff members (kneeling from left) Diane Mason and Mary Black, and (standing from left) Justin Ramsey, Phyllis Cratty, Genevieve Pickens, Harold Wilson and Krista Gill.
