When the workouts end, there still is plenty to see and do on the Saint Vincent College campus:
-
Fred Rogers Institute
Hello, neighbor! That familiar red sweater, the beloved Daniel Striped Tiger and X the Owl puppets, and scribbled-on scripts are just a few of the items on display in the Fred Rogers Exhibit. The free, self-guided exhibit is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. -
Winnie Palmer Nature Reserve
Mingle with frogs, dragonflies, ducks and salamanders at the Palmer Pond. Listen to the latest buzz at the Honeybee Yard. Stop and smell the flowers in the gardens. -
Saint Vincent Basilica
Completed in 1905, the Basilica is an iconic structure that serves a Roman Catholic parish, as well as the Saint Vincent Archabbey—the first Benedictine monastery in the United States and one of the largest monasteries in the world. Guided tours are available on select weekends and Mass is celebrated every day. -

The Center’s namesake is the late Roman Verostko, a world-renowned pioneer in the use of early computers to create works of art. The Center is located on the second floor of the Dale P. Latimer Library. Admission is free and tours are by appointment only. Contact verostkocenter@stvincent.edu. -
