LATROBE, PA – Saint Vincent College’s Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics and Government invites prospective students to an open house on Saturday, Nov. 2. The event is geared toward high school juniors and seniors who are interested in studying business, economics, politics and criminology, law and society.
The day will begin with registration from 8:30 – 9 a.m. in the Fred M. Rogers Center, followed by a welcome from Saint Vincent College president Father Paul Taylor, O.S.B., dean of admission Heather Kabala and McKenna School dean Dr. Gary Quinlivan.
Attendees will then have the opportunity to attend presentations hosted by McKenna School faculty on the school’s various disciplines, including politics, business, economics, accounting, management and criminology, law and society, as well as Saint Vincent’s nationally recognized SAP Business One certification program.
Following these informational sessions, attendees will be invited to take a tour of campus, guided by current SVC students, before the morning wraps up with a complimentary lunch in the Saint Vincent Community Center dining hall.
All who attend the open house will also be invited to attend the 1 p.m. Saint Vincent football game against Grove City College at Chuck Noll Field.
