Caitlin Michael received her Ph.D. in marketing from West Virginia University and holds master’s degrees related to educational leadership and marketing from Saint Francis University. Her undergraduate degree from Saint Vincent College is in marketing and management. Her specializations include consumer well-being, prosocial behaviors, charitable giving to nonprofit organizations, and opportunities to enhance donation solicitations. Michael is a dedicated animal rescuer and hospice foster. She cares for three small dogs, five black cats, a bearded dragon, a ball python, and several crested geckos.
