Fusco been passionate about accounting since she was in the sixth grade. She concentrated her BSBA in accounting at Duquesne University, where she also is pursuing a Ph.D. in business with a concentration in accounting and a minor in finance. Fusco is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Pennsylvania and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and the American Accounting Association. The first eight years of Fusco’s professional career were spent in public accounting in the audit practice of Deloitte in Pittsburgh. She spent 15 years at Kennametal, Inc. as vice president of finance and corporate controller, interim CFO, and VP of finance industrial business segment. She brings a mix of public experience and corporate experience to the classroom. In 2019, Fusco shifted her career focus to education. Her strong desire to serve Christ through serving others fuels her enthusiasm for teaching.
