The Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics and Government has four (4) Centers under its auspices, with a fifth Center under the auspices of the Small Business Development Center. The Centers are devoted to community, academic and business development, in addition to providing internships and special education programs to Saint Vincent College students.

- The Center for Political and Economic Thought (CPET): A research and public affairs institute.
- The Small Business Development Center (SBDC): An organization which assists entrepreneurs.
- The Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE): An institute which provides access to the insight and knowledge of retired executives.
- The Kennametal Center for Operational Excellence (KCOE): An institute dedicated to empowering regional enterprises to achieve world class performance by providing training, education and networking on the strategies, tactics and tools of Operational Excellence.
- The Gary Quinlivan Operational Excellence Lab: Our unique Operational Excellence Lab that provides further hands-on learning to our students and allows our faculty to extend our offerings to organizations pursuing our unique version of Operational Excellence.
