Campus Events - Insurance for External Groups

  1. Scope and Purpose
    All external groups utilizing campus space must provide the College with Limited Liability Insurance naming Saint Vincent College as an additional insured.
  2. Detailed Procedures
    These requirements are for Third Party Users of College Facilities. (Please present this to your insurance agent to make sure you are properly insured for your event.)

COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY
Including but not limited to products, contractual, broad form, property damage, personal injury, and independent contractors.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY
$2,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage.

ADDITIONAL INSURED
Saint Vincent College, Archabbey and Seminary is to be named as an additional insured on the third party’s general liability insurance policy.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
Evidence of insurance coverage should be delivered to the address below at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event:
