The Residence Life Office will make every effort to help students resolve conflicts between roommates before granting a room change.
At the start of the academic year freshmen residents may request a roommate change after October 1st. Upperclass students may make a request after the first two weeks of a semester.
The Dean of Students must authorize all room changes.
If the cost of the room is affected by the room change, the cost may be prorated (weekly) for the remainder of the academic year.
