Tom Cocchi, C’13, becomes president of Saint Vincent College Alumni Council

LATROBE, PA – Tom Cocchi, C’13, began his term as president of the Saint Vincent College Alumni Council when the group met Sept. 14 at the Fred M. Rogers Center.

Cocchi prepared to step into his new role by serving the past two years as vice president while Alexandria Simmons, C’10, was president of the council.

In other business, Chad Ferri, C’19, was elected vice president and Megan Scheldt, C’13, took on the role of secretary. Four new council members were welcomed: Christine Sundry, C’97 (elected); Rob DePasquale, C’75 (appointed); Cameron Hyde, C’23 (appointed); and Phil Montalbano, C’19 (appointed).

Charles Cleveland, C’72, received the Rev. Camillus Long, O.S.B. Award, which honors outstanding service and participation with alumni affairs.
